We will only process such sensitive personal information if it is necessary to fulfill a specific and legitimate purpose.
- When we collect personal information from
Information provided directly
We collect personal information directly from people who use our Sites or services, visit our offices, or communicate with us. All requested information is mandatory unless it is indicated as optional. If mandatory information is not provided, we will not be able to provide the requested service.
Information collected through automated technologies
We collect personal information when our Sites are used, either directly or through our third-party analytics providers. Such information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, device identification data, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, Site content you interacted with, operating system, clickstream data, location data, or other usage information. We also receive information from publicly accessible sources, such as public databases or social media platforms.
If you choose to register and log in using a third-party account as an identity service (such as your Facebook or Google account), those third parties will handle authentication of your account. BESTSiteLink will collect your name, email address, and any other information you agree to share with us at the time you give permission to link your BESTSiteLink account to your third-party account.

Depending on the way people interact with BESTSiteLink, we use personal information when it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, when consent has been given, when it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or (if permitted by jurisdictional law) when we or a third party have a legitimate and lawful business need. BESTSiteLink does not use solely automated means to produce decisions that could have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without providing an opportunity for human review. If such decisions are made in a particular case, we will provide information about how they are made, the consequences of the decision, and how to request that the automated decision be reviewed by an individual.
We may use personal information for other purposes of which we inform you if we have prior consent, a legitimate business interest, or other legal basis for doing so.
We may aggregate or anonymize information so that it is de-identified and can no longer be used to identify individuals. Within BESTSiteLink. We may share personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for the purposes described in the “Use of Personal Information” section above.

BESTSiteLink does not sell personal information to other organizations.
- International Transfers.
BESTSiteLink is an international business. We may transfer, store, or process personal information in any country in which BESTSiteLink or its service providers operate. This includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, Brazil, India, Italy, Sri Lanka, Australia, the Philippines, and China. If we transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The security, integrity and confidentiality of personal information is of paramount importance to BESTSiteLink.
